翠玉瓜火腿鹹鬆餅將炒香翠玉瓜粒、火腿粒同巴馬臣芝士拌入蛋奶麵糊,焗成一個個鬆軟鹹鬆餅。
喺鑊度用油炒香翠玉瓜粒,加少少鹽。
Sauté the diced zucchini in a skillet with the oil and a pinch of salt.
喺碗入面打勻雞蛋同鹽。加入油、牛奶同巴馬臣芝士絲。
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and salt. Add the oil, milk, and Parmesan cheese into this mixture.
喺另一個碗將中筋麵粉同發粉混合,然後加入雞蛋混合物入面。
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until just combined.
拌入炒好嘅翠玉瓜粒、火腿粒同巴馬臣芝士絲。
Gently fold in the sautéed zucchini and diced ham.
喺鬆餅模入面墊好紙杯,用匙羹將麵糊舀入每個杯模。
Line a muffin tin with paper liners, then spoon the made batter into each cup.
喺預熱至 180°C(350°F)嘅焗爐焗 20 至 25 分鐘。食得喇!
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
