Skyr布利歐許用乳酪、麵粉同發粉拌成麵糰,加入朱古力粒塑形後焗香,鬆軟易做。

Now, divide the dough into two equal portions. You can twist these two pieces together to create a braid. Alternatively, feel free to leave the dough as a single piece or shape it however you prefer.

Another shaping option is to roll the dough into a long rope and then coil it into a spiral.
將雞蛋同少許牛奶打勻,掃喺布利歐許面上。
Whisk the egg with a splash of milk, then use this mixture to brush over your brioche.
喺200°C嘅焗爐焗25分鐘。
Place the brioche in the preheated oven and bake it at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
