紫菜肉鬆小飯糰把白飯與甘筍、西蘭花和雞蛋同炒,拌入紫菜碎捏成飯糰,再滾上肉鬆。

易潔鑊中燒滾小半碗水,一定要滾,倒入拂散的雞蛋炒熟即成,比落油炒更嫩更健康!
Bring a small half-bowl of water to a rolling boil in a non-stick pan, pour in beaten egg and stir-fry until cooked; it is more tender and healthier than frying in oil.
甘筍和西蘭花灼熟後切碎,加入雞蛋一起炒。
Blanch the carrot and broccoli, chop them finely and stir-fry together with the egg.
蔬菜炒好後加入白飯。
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the rice.
加入寶寶醬油和鹽調味。
Season with baby soy sauce and salt.
炒好的飯盛起,加入紫菜碎拌勻。
Dish out the fried rice and mix in the crushed seaweed.
用手把炒飯捏成喜歡的形狀。

小飯糰在肉鬆中滾一滾。
Roll the little rice balls in the pork floss.
除了肉鬆,也可以自由配搭芝麻、花生醬或蝦皮粉等。
