臘肉炒飯以臘肉片、雞蛋、洋蔥同紅蘿蔔粒落鑊兜炒白飯,加豉油同鮮味炒手調味,最後灑上蔥花,是清雪櫃的快手住家小菜。
臘肉切片,洋蔥同紅蘿蔔切粒。
Slice the cured pork; dice the onion and carrot.
燒熱油鑊,落洋蔥同紅蘿蔔兜炒。
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion and carrot.
落臘肉兜炒。
Add the cured pork and stir-fry.
打入3隻蛋兜炒。
Crack in the 3 eggs and stir-fry.
加入白飯、鮮味炒手、豉油兜炒。
Add the rice, savoury seasoning powder and soy sauce, and stir-fry to combine.
起鑊前灑上蔥花。
Just before plating, sprinkle on the chopped spring onion.
兜炒一下即可上碟。
Give it one more toss and serve.
完成。
