蝦仁番茄忌廉意粉以罐頭番茄、蒜頭同洋蔥煮成醬汁,加入忌廉同帕馬森芝士,拌入蝦仁同意粉。
將蒜頭切碎。小朋友好鍾意幫手做呢個步驟。同樣將洋蔥切碎。

開始煮意粉。比包裝上建議時間早 2 分鐘撈起。
Begin boiling your spaghetti. Make sure to take it out of the water about two minutes before the package instructions suggest.
將蝦殼縱向切開,然後只用橄欖油炒香蝦殼。
Carefully cut the shells of the shrimp vertically, then sauté only the shells in olive oil.
當蝦肉由透明轉白色時,將佢哋撈起。
Once the shrimp meat changes from translucent to white, remove the shrimp from the pan.
喺同一個鑊入面加入橄欖油、蒜頭同洋蔥,炒香。

Let the sauce simmer over medium heat until it reduces. This process helps to deepen and thicken the tomato flavor. Remember to stir it occasionally to prevent it from sticking or burning. This versatile tomato sauce is incredibly handy to have!
將蝦放回鑊入面,然後加入忌廉。記住要調細火,唔好讓佢煮滾!唔想忌廉分離㗎!
Return the shrimp to the pan, then pour in the heavy cream. Be sure to lower the heat significantly to prevent the cream from boiling, as you don't want it to separate!
當蝦已經吸收足夠醬汁後撈起,注意唔好煮過頭。用錫紙蓋住保溫。
Once the shrimp have absorbed enough of the sauce, remove them from the pan, being careful not to overcook them. Cover them with aluminum foil to keep them warm.
而家加入意粉!用手迅速拌勻令麵條吸收醬汁味道。如果太乾,加少少煮麵水。
Now, add the spaghetti directly into the sauce! Stir everything quickly by hand to ensure the noodles are well coated and absorb the sauce's flavor. If the sauce seems a bit dry, you can add a splash of pasta water.
