娃娃菜墊底,鋪上醃過嘅去骨雞腿肉、薑、小米椒同蔥花蒸至鮮嫩多汁。
雞腿去皮拆骨切小塊,小米椒切圈,蔥切碎,薑切碎。雞腿中加入小米椒、薑蓉、少許蔥花、少許胡椒粉、少許生粉,放一匙料酒、半匙生抽,抓勻醃一會。
Skin and debone the chicken thighs and cut into small pieces, ring the chilli, and finely chop the spring onion and ginger. Add the chilli, minced ginger, a little spring onion, a little white pepper and a little cornstarch to the chicken, then a spoon of cooking wine and half a spoon of light soy sauce. Mix well and marinate for a while.
碟底鋪上娃娃菜,雞腿放上面,上鑊蒸 20 分鐘。
Lay the baby cabbage on the bottom of a plate, place the chicken on top and steam for 20 minutes.
再撒少許蔥花,靚靚享用。
Sprinkle on a little more spring onion and enjoy.
