蟲草花雲耳杞子蒸雞以生抽、蠔油及紹興酒醃雞,再鋪上蟲草花、雲耳同蒸,鮮味有益。
蟲草花、杞子及雲耳分別浸 15 分鐘,然後清洗乾淨。
Soak the cordyceps flowers, goji berries and wood ear fungus separately for 15 minutes, then rinse clean.
雞件清洗乾淨,加入調味料拌勻醃 30 分鐘。
Rinse the chicken pieces clean, add the seasonings, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
把所有材料拌勻,放在碟子上鋪平。

水滾後,中火蒸 15 分鐘。
