黑胡椒洋蔥雞絲先醃雞絲,再與蒜和蔥炒香,加入用醬油煮軟的洋蔥拌勻,十五分鐘快手完成。
食材備妥,洋蔥雞胸切絲,蒜頭與青蔥切末。
Prepare the ingredients. Shred the chicken breast and onion, finely chop the garlic and spring onion.
肉絲放入醃料,醃製5分鐘。
Add the chicken strips to the marinade and marinate for 5 minutes.
不沾鍋倒入油,放入蔥蒜,開小火炒香。(青蔥僅放入一半的量)
Pour oil into a non-stick pan, add the spring onion and garlic, and stir-fry on low heat until fragrant. (Use only half the spring onion at this stage.)
放入雞肉絲翻炒,雞肉絲外表呈現白色即可。
Add the chicken strips and stir-fry until the outside turns white.
雞肉絲裝盤備用。
Transfer the chicken strips to a plate and set aside.
洋蔥放入鍋中,倒入醬油與適量飲用水。
Put the onion in the pan, add the soy sauce and a little drinking water.
蓋上鍋蓋1分鐘。
Cover and cook for 1 minute.
開蓋,翻炒至喜歡的軟化程度。
Uncover and stir-fry to your preferred level of softness.
將雞絲放入,拌勻。
Add the chicken strips and mix well.
起鍋前,再放入剩餘的青蔥,拌勻。
Just before turning off the heat, add the remaining spring onion and mix well.
盛盤,上桌。
Plate and serve.
