蝦仁豆腐蒸水蛋以雞湯蒸出滑嫩蛋面,配滑豆腐同爽口蝦仁,清淡又有層次。
蝦洗乾淨後加入胡椒粉和鹽拌勻。
Rinse the shrimp clean, then mix with white pepper and salt.
豆腐切細粒,放入蒸碟中。
Cut the tofu into small cubes and place in a steaming dish.
雞蛋加入鹽和水攪拌均勻,蛋液過篩後倒入碟中,再鋪上蝦仁。
Beat the eggs with salt and water until even, strain the mixture into the dish, then arrange the shrimp on top.
封上保鮮紙後以中火蒸 10-12 分鐘,灑上葱花,即成。
Cover with cling film and steam over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
