洋葱薯仔炆排骨先煎香醃好的豬扒,加蒜茸、洋葱及薯仔炒勻,加水及調味料炆煮收汁。
豬扒洗淨,用醃料醃味。洋葱、薯仔去皮切塊。
Rinse the pork chops and marinate them with the seasoning. Peel and cut the onion and potato into chunks.
豬扒煎香,加入蒜茸、洋葱爆香,再加入薯仔炒勻。
Pan-fry the pork chops until browned, add the garlic and onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the potato and toss to combine.
加 1/2 杯水及調味料煮滾,蓋上蓋煮 5 分鐘即可上碟,灑上葱花即成。
Add 1/2 cup of water and the seasoning, bring to a boil, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then plate and garnish with chopped spring onion.
