排骨蒸芋頭,醃過嘅排骨碼喺芋頭片上同蒸,芋頭軟糯吸盡肉汁。
排骨浸一個鐘,洗淨瀝乾水分。
Soak the pork ribs for an hour, rinse clean and drain well.
所有調味料加入排骨內。
Add all the seasonings to the ribs.
加蒜蓉、少許油。
Add the minced garlic and a little oil.
拌勻醃半個鐘,冚上保鮮紙。
Mix well, marinate for half an hour and cover with cling film.
準備芋頭。
Prepare the taro.
洗淨去皮切薄片。
Rinse clean, peel and cut into thin slices.
芋頭鋪喺碟上,醃好嘅排骨都碼喺芋頭上面。
Lay the taro on a plate and arrange the marinated ribs on top of the taro.
水滾,放入鑊蒸 15 至 20 分鐘。
When the water boils, place in the steamer and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
出鑊撒上蔥花即成。
Remove from the steamer and scatter spring onion on top.
無敵好食嘅芋頭,裹滿汁,軟糯香甜嘅口感,正到不得了。
