蘆筍焯水後與口蘑片以牛油同蒜蓉炒香,調入黑胡椒碎及蠔油,鮮香爽口。
口蘑切片,蘆筍切段。
Slice the button mushrooms and cut the asparagus into short lengths.
燒滾水,放蘆筍焯水。
Bring water to a boil and blanch the asparagus briefly.
鑊中放少許油,下蒜蓉爆香。
Heat a little oil in the wok and stir-fry the chopped garlic until fragrant.
下口蘑,慢火翻炒。
Add the button mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat.
口蘑炒至略軟後加入牛油,化開牛油繼續翻炒。
Once the mushrooms soften, add the butter, let it melt and continue stir-frying.
下蘆筍段一同翻炒。
Add the asparagus pieces and stir-fry together.
加鹽、黑胡椒碎、蠔油,炒勻即成。
Add salt, cracked black pepper and oyster sauce, and stir-fry until evenly combined.
