Baked Pork Chops keep it simple with thick chops seasoned in kosher salt and black pepper, then roasted until juicy with an optional BBQ glaze.
In a small bowl, combine the salt and pepper well. Set this mixture aside.

Rinse the pork chops under cold water, then pat them completely dry with paper towels. Season both sides of each chop generously with the made salt and pepper mixture. Place the seasoned chops on a baking pan. For easier cleanup, you can line the baking pan with parchment paper.
