Pan Fried Pork Chops sear generously seasoned chops in butter and lemon juice with bell pepper and garlic until cooked through and golden.
Rinse the pork chops well.

Once the butter is melted, add the chopped bell peppers and garlic to the pan with the butter and lemon juice. Carefully place the seasoned pork chops on top of the vegetables.

Cook the pork chops over medium heat. Once one side is done, flip them over.
用中火煎,一面熟透後翻面
