Refreshing Salmon Crudo lays thin sushi-grade slices over olive oil, garnished with jalapeno, capers, pickled onion, and dill, brightened by lemon.
Thinly slice your sushi-grade salmon and the jalapeño.
所需材料如圖所示。
Drizzle the 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil onto a serving plate. Carefully arrange the thinly sliced salmon pieces on top of the olive oil.

Garnish the salmon with the sliced jalapeños, capers, and pickled onions. Sprinkle fresh dill over the top.

Just before serving, squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the dish. (Please note that the lemon juice will slightly cure the salmon.)
