Smothered and Covered Pork Chops layer chops with onions and potatoes, bake under a creamy ranch-seasoned chicken-soup sauce until fork-tender.
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Arrange the pork chops in the made dish. Season the chops with a little black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Layer the thinly sliced onions over the seasoned chops, then add the sliced potatoes on top. Season the potatoes with a little salt and black pepper. Set this aside for a moment.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1/4 of a soup can full of milk. Stir all the ingredients together well until well combined. Carefully pour this mixture over the pork chops, onions, and potatoes in the baking dish, ensuring everything is completely covered in the sauce.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving immediately. Enjoy while hot.
