Steamed Dried Tofu with Chinese Sausage layers sliced tofu and sausage with steamed-fish soy sauce, finished with garlic, spring onion and hot oil.
Slice the dried tofu and Chinese sausage. Arrange the dried tofu evenly on a plate, drizzle 2 spoons of steamed-fish soy sauce over it, then lay the sausage on top.
豆腐乾及臘腸切片。豆腐乾平均鋪喺碟上,均勻淋上 2 匙蒸魚豉油,再鋪好臘腸。
Place in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes once the water boils.
放入蒸鑊,水滾後蒸 15 分鐘。
Finely chop the garlic and spring onion and scatter them over the steamed tofu and sausage.
蒜頭及小蔥切碎,撒喺蒸好嘅臘腸豆腐乾上。
Sprinkle on a little flavour seasoning to add aroma.
再撒上適量風味調味料增加香味。
Heat the corn oil and pour it over the spring onion and garlic to release their fragrance, then it is ready to eat.
粟米油燒熱,淋喺蔥蒜上逼出香味就可以食喇。
