Stir-fried instant noodles with canned spiced pork toss noodles with cabbage, scallion, and egg in oyster-soy seasoning, topped with pork cubes.
Shred the cabbage.
將椰菜切絲。
Cook the instant noodles until done.
將公仔麵煮熟。
Mix the seasoning packet, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar with a little water until combined.
將調味料1包、蠔油1茶匙、生抽1茶匙、糖1茶匙加少許水拌勻。
Stir-fry the cabbage until cooked and saute the spring onion until fragrant.
炒熟椰菜,爆香蔥頭。
Add the instant noodles and seasoning, then add the canned spiced pork cubes, spring onion segments and shredded egg.
加入公仔麵及調味料,再加入五香肉丁、蔥段及蛋絲。
