T-bone pork chops rubbed with a turmeric, onion, and BBQ spice blend, then grilled at high heat before finishing uncovered for a savoury crust.
First, combine all the dry rub ingredients in a bowl. Well rub this mixture onto the pork chops and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to 400°F. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook them for the first 3 minutes. After this initial cooking time, reduce the grill temperature to 350°F.

Now, flip the pork chops to their other side. Cover the grill and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Flip the chops one more time to the other side and cook for about another 3 minutes, this time without covering the grill. Serve immediately and enjoy.
