Zucchini, Wood Ear and Chicken Tenderloin Stir-Fry tosses marinated chicken with sweet zucchini and crunchy wood ear over fragrant garlic.
Slice the chicken tenderloins thin and marinate with the marinade ingredients for at least 30 minutes.

Slice the zucchini thin. Trim the hard stems off the wood ear mushrooms and blanch briefly. Set aside.

在鍋中加入少量食油,燒熱後放入醃好的雞柳片,快速翻炒。待雞肉開始變色時,加入蒜蓉(或蒜片)一同拌炒,炒出香味。
Add the zucchini and stir-fry.
隨後,加入切好的翠玉瓜片,繼續翻炒。
Finally, add the wood ear mushrooms and the seasonings and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
