Sayap Ayam Teriyaki menggoreng sayap berbumbu hingga garing, lalu membalutnya dengan glasir manis-gurih kecap, sake, mirin, bawang putih dan jahe.
Masukkan sayap ayam dan semua bahan marinade (bertanda ★) ke dalam kantong plastik. Aduk rata dan diamkan selama 5 menit. Tambahkan tepung kentang dan aduk hingga terbalut.
Put the chicken wings along with all the ingredients designated for the marinade in a plastic bag. Mix everything well until the wings are evenly coated, then let them sit for 5 minutes. Afterward, add the potato starch and toss to coat the wings completely.
Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dengan api besar. Letakkan sayap dengan sisi kulit menghadap ke bawah dan sear dengan baik. Jangan digerakkan dulu sebentar!
Heat some oil in a skillet over high heat. Carefully place the chicken wings skin-side down and sear them until nicely browned. It's important not to move them around too much during this initial searing phase!
Balik sayap dan sear sisi lainnya. Tambahkan 1 sendok makan sake, kecilkan api, tutup, dan kukus selama 2 menit.
Once the first side is seared, flip the wings over and sear the other side. Add 1 tablespoon of sake to the skillet, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the skillet and let the wings steam for 2 minutes.
Campurkan semua bahan saus (bertanda ●) dan tuangkan di atas sayap. Aduk hingga terbalut merata.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the sweet & savory sauce. Pour this sauce mixture over the wings in the skillet. Toss everything together until the wings are evenly coated with the sauce.
