Nasi Pot Salmon Panggang memasak beras dalam air rumput laut dan tsuyu, dilapisi salmon panggang dan sayuran dalam satu pot ala Jepang.
Marinasi salmon selama 30 menit sebelumnya dengan menambahkan 1 Sendok Makan Tsuyu dan 1/2 Sendok Makan Arak Masak.
Marinate the salmon fillet. Combine 1 tablespoon of tsuyu and 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine, then coat the salmon and let it marinate for 30 minutes in advance.
Masukkan beras yang sudah direndam ke dalam panci.
Put the pre-soaked rice in a pot.
Tambahkan kaldu rumput laut, 1 Sendok Makan Tsuyu, 1/2 Sendok Makan Arak Masak.
Add the kelp water, 1 tablespoon of tsuyu, and 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine to the pot with the rice.
Saat air mulai mendidih, kecilkan api ke sedang-kecil selama 5 menit lalu kecilkan lagi selama 8 menit.
Once the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes. Following this, lower the heat further and continue cooking for an additional 8 minutes.

Ketika nasi sudah matang, letakkan salmon panggang di atasnya dan tutup penutup agar bisa mengukus.

Setelah selesai, taburkan daun bawang cincang di atas salmon untuk menyelesaikan.
