寶寶營養餐茄汁蝦滑將蝦滑團成丸子,放入炒香的番茄湯中煮熟,加入玉米粒,茄香Q彈,清淡有營養。
把所有需要的食材都準備好。這裏我們用的是市售的現成蝦滑。
Prepare all ingredients. This recipe uses ready-made shrimp paste.
將西紅柿去皮後切成小塊。鍋中倒油燒熱,放入切好的西紅柿翻炒,直到它們變得軟爛出汁。
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry until soft and broken down.
加入300克温水,再放入1勺蠔油、1勺生抽、1克鹽和少許白胡椒粉進行調味。
Add 300g warm water, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1g salt and a little white pepper to season.
取兩個勺子,將蝦滑團成小丸子的形狀,再逐一放入鍋中。
Use two spoons to shape the shrimp paste into balls and drop them into the broth.
待鍋中的湯汁再次煮沸後,繼續煮5分鐘。
Once the broth boils, cook for 5 minutes.
隨後,加入已經煮熟的玉米粒,再煮1分鐘即可。
Add the cooked corn kernels and simmer for 1 more minute.
盛出後撒上一些葱花點綴。這道菜原汁原味,營養非常豐富哦。
Remove from heat and scatter spring onion on top. This meal is wholesome and full of natural flavour.
