青瓜木耳蝦仁涼拌將拍青瓜、汆水木耳同蝦仁,拌入蒜蓉、小米椒、生抽同陳醋醬汁,再淋熱油提香。
青瓜切條拍一拍,睇個人喜好。
Cut the cucumber into strips and lightly smash it, however you prefer.
木耳同蝦汆水煮熟撈起,蝦剝殼。
Blanch the wood ear and prawns until cooked, scoop out, and peel the prawns.
然後放埋一齊加蒜蓉、小米椒、芫荽、生抽、糖、鹽、蠔油、陳醋、黑芝麻或白芝麻;油落鑊熱一熱淋落醬料上攪勻,倒落蝦、青瓜、木耳一齊撈勻,醃一陣就可以食。
Put them together with minced garlic, bird's eye chilli, coriander, soy sauce, sugar, salt, oyster sauce, black vinegar and black or white sesame. Heat oil and pour it over the sauce, stir evenly, then pour over the prawns, cucumber and wood ear, toss to combine and let it marinate briefly before serving.
