燒烤羊扒以生抽、薑、蒜同甜辣醬醃過夜,再煎香,配蒸飯或蔬菜沙拉享用。
碗中將所有醃料材料(除羊肉外)混合拌勻。
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the lamb. Stir everything together until it's well combined.
放入羊扒,蓋好後放入雪櫃醃至少1小時,或醃過夜更佳。
Add the lamb steaks to the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or even better, let them marinate overnight.
平底鑊以中火加熱2分鐘,將羊扒從醃料中取出放入鑊中煎。
Heat a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove the steaks from the marinade and cook them in the pan (as if barbecuing).
按喜好煎至心目中的熟度,翻面一次,盛在碟上。
Cook the lamb steaks to your desired doneness, ensuring both sides are cooked. Once done, transfer them from the pan to a serving plate.
羊扒配蒸飯或蔬菜沙拉上桌。
Serve the lamb steaks over steamed rice or alongside a vegetable salad. Done!
