菠菜鮭魚蛋炒飯先煎香鮭魚丁,再與炒蛋、蒜頭、洋蔥及菠菜同炒入飯,用醬油調味。
將冷凍鮭魚丁放入鍋中,以中小火慢慢煎至表面呈現金黃色。煎好後盛出,並用筷子將魚肉撥散成小塊。
Pan-fry the frozen diced salmon over medium-low heat until golden brown. Remove and break up the fish with chopsticks.
利用原鍋炒蛋,待蛋炒熟後將其撥至鍋邊。再加入少許油,爆香蒜頭,隨後放入洋蔥丁拌炒,直到香氣飄散出來。
In the same pan, scramble the eggs and push to the side. Add a little more oil, fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the diced onion and stir-fry until the aroma rises.
加入菠菜一同拌炒,並撒上少量鹽調味。接著倒入米飯,與鍋中所有食材均勻拌炒。
Add the spinach and stir-fry, then season with a little salt. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry together.
將之前撥散的魚肉倒回鍋中,與其他食材一同拌炒。依照個人口味加入醬油和鹽,拌炒均勻。起鍋前,撒上少許白胡椒粉即可。 【小撇步】 對於平日忙於工作、不一定每天都能下廚的朋友來說,新鮮食材有時容易因存放不當而變質。此時,冷凍蔬菜便是解決這類困擾的絕佳選擇。
Add the salmon back in and toss. Season with soy sauce and salt, stir-fry until evenly combined. Sprinkle with white pepper before serving.
