山藥紅棗糕將去皮山藥、紅棗及雞蛋打成細糊,蒸至軟綿,最適合作寶寶輔食。
將已經去皮的山藥、紅棗(紅棗去不去皮都可以,根據個人喜好決定)以及整顆雞蛋一同放入攪拌機中。啓動攪拌機,充分攪打至少3分鐘,確保所有食材混合均勻,形成細膩的糊狀。
Place the peeled Chinese yam, red dates (skin on or off, either way is fine), and egg into a blender and blend for at least 3 minutes.
準備一個玻璃碗或模具,在底部和四周鋪上一層油紙,並用刷子在油紙表面均勻地刷上一層薄薄的食用油,以防粘連。
Line a glass bowl mould with baking paper and brush with oil.
將攪打好的山藥紅棗糊緩緩倒入準備好的模具中。然後,用保鮮膜將模具口嚴實地蓋好,並用牙籤在保鮮膜上均勻地紮上幾個小孔,以便蒸汽流通。
Pour in the blended batter, cover with cling film, and poke small holes with a toothpick.
隨後,將模具放入蒸鍋中,大火蒸制大約20分鐘。蒸好後取出,待其稍稍冷卻,即可輕鬆脱模,並切成適合食用的小塊。
Steam for about 20 minutes; then unmould and cut into pieces.
