港式西多士將花生醬夾在厚吐司中間,沾上蛋汁煎至金黃,再放牛油淋蜜糖或煉乳。
吐司的其中一面均勻抹上花生醬,在將另一面蓋上
Spread peanut butter evenly on one side of a slice of bread, then top with the other slice.
蛋打散,將吐司的四個邊角和兩面依序沾上蛋汁
Beat the eggs and dip all four edges and both sides of the bread sandwich into the egg mixture.
熱鍋,放入吐司煎至兩面金黃即可起鍋,依照個人喜好放上一塊無鹽奶油油,淋上煉乳或蜂蜜,趁熱食用
Heat a pan and fry the bread until both sides are golden brown. Remove from heat, top with a pat of unsalted butter, and drizzle with condensed milk or honey. Serve hot.
