紅棗蒸軟去核、雞蛋煮熟取蛋黃，加水打成幼滑泥糊的嬰兒輔食。
把紅棗隔水蒸軟。
Steam the red dates until softened.
去皮去核。
Peel and pit them.
把雞蛋煮熟。
Boil the egg until hard-cooked.
取出蛋黃。
Take out the egg yolk.
把食材放入研磨杯，加適量清水。
Put the ingredients into a baby-food cup and add water as needed.
用攪拌機打成泥糊。
Blend into a smooth purée.
攪打45秒。
Blend for 45 seconds.
倒入輔食碗中。
Pour into a baby-food bowl.
紅棗蛋黃泥就完成了。
