涼拌杏鮑菇手撕成條,拌入蠔油、豉油、白醋、糖同辣椒油醬汁,酸甜惹味,做涼菜一流。
杏鮑菇滾水下鍋煮 10 分鐘,待熟透後瀝乾待涼。
Add the king oyster mushrooms to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes until fully cooked, then drain and let cool.
蒜頭切碎備用,手撕涼透嘅杏鮑菇成細條。
Mince the garlic and set aside. Tear the cooled mushrooms by hand into thin strips.
把所有材料加入拌勻即成!
Add all the ingredients together and toss to combine to finish!
