涼拌尖椒皮蛋豆腐以皮蛋、尖椒、芫荽鋪面,淋上鎮江醋、辣椒油香辣醬汁,無需開火。
先將尖椒去籽、指天椒、芫荽切粒。
First deseed the pointed chilli, then dice the bird's eye chilli and coriander.
皮蛋切小粒備用。
Dice the century eggs and set aside.
混合所有調味料,淋上豆腐上即可。
Mix all the seasonings together and pour over the tofu to finish.
