涼拌豆腐將內酯豆腐倒入碟,鋪上碎花生、香菜同蒜末,淋生抽、辣椒油同香油。
將香菜仔細擇洗乾淨後切成細末。把葱剝去外層幹皮,同樣切成細末。大蒜則去皮後切成蒜末,所有這些都準備好備用。
Trim and wash the coriander, then chop finely. Peel away the dry layers of spring onion and chop finely. Peel and mince the garlic. Set everything aside.
小心地撕開盒裝豆腐的包裝,將其完整地倒扣在一個深盤裏。
Tear open the boxed tofu and tip it gently into a deep plate.
把炸好的花生米去皮,再將其壓碎。
Skin the fried peanuts and crush coarsely.
取一個碗,將壓碎的花生米、香菜末、葱末和蒜末一同放入。隨後加入生抽、白糖、辣椒油和香油,拌勻,製成調味汁。
Combine the crushed peanuts, coriander, spring onion, and garlic in a bowl. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, chilli oil, and sesame oil to make a dressing.
將調好的味汁均勻地澆在深盤中的盒豆腐上,這道涼拌豆腐完成,可以直接享用。
Pour the dressing over the tofu and serve.
