芹菜拌香乾將焯過的芹菜段與豆乾條、紅椒拌勻,以鹽及雞粉調味,清爽簡單。
將豆乾切成條,備用。
Cut the spiced dried tofu into strips. Set aside.
將紅尖椒切成條,備用。
Cut the red chilli into strips. Set aside.
將芹菜切成段,備用。
Cut the celery into short segments. Set aside.
鑊中放入滾水,下芹菜焯水,撈起過冷河,瀝乾水分。
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Blanch the celery briefly, then drain and rinse under cold water; drain again.
將芹菜、豆乾、紅尖椒條放入碗中,加鹽、雞粉調味,拌勻即成。
Combine the celery, dried tofu, and red chilli strips in a bowl. Season with salt and chicken bouillon powder. Toss until well mixed and serve.
