蟲草花配爽脆木耳涼拌,加蒜蓉、乾辣椒、芫荽及芝麻,淋上熱油與生抽香醋汁。
黑木耳預先浸發,焯水後備用。
Soak the wood ear in advance, then blanch and set aside.
蟲草花焯水,備用。
Blanch the cordyceps flowers and set aside.
將蟲草花與木耳放在一起,加入芫荽及白芝麻。
Put the cordyceps flowers and wood ear together, then add the coriander and white sesame.
蒜蓉、乾辣椒及蔥粒放入碗中,淋入熱油,激出香味。
Place the minced garlic, dried chilli and chopped spring onion in a bowl, then pour over hot oil to release the aroma.
加入所有調味料,調成料汁。
Add all the seasonings to make the dressing.
主料與配料混合。
Combine the main ingredients with the aromatics.
拌勻。
Toss everything together evenly.
