潘扎內拉釀莫扎里拉芝士將芝士球挖空,釀入番茄、橄欖、水瓜柳同烤麵包粒沙律。
將莫扎里拉芝士挖空,放置一旁。把挖出嘅芝士切成小塊。將番茄切粒,然後連同橄欖同續隨子一齊加入芝士。
Begin by carefully hollowing out the mozzarella ball, setting the outer shell aside. Cut the removed mozzarella interior into small pieces. Dice the tomatoes, then add them to the small mozzarella pieces along with the olives and capers.
用鹽、橄欖油、蒜粉、紅椒碎同一茶匙醋為小沙律調味。拌勻。
Season this 'mini salad' mixture with salt, olive oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and the teaspoon of vinegar. Stir everything together until it's well combined.
將麵包切成小方塊,輕烤至金黃。待涼後加入沙律混合物。
Cut the slice of bread into small cubes and toast them lightly. Once cooled, add these toasted bread cubes to the salad mixture.
當所有材料充分調味後,將混合物填入莫扎里拉芝士。淋上少少橄欖油即可上桌。
Once all the components are well seasoned and mixed, carefully fill the hollowed-out mozzarella ball with the panzanella mixture. Finish with a small drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
