烤 20 至 25 分鐘,再用上火烤 2 分鐘。
Bake for 20-25 minutes, then finish by broiling for 2 minutes.
取出靜置 5 分鐘。
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
盛於青瓜上,配洋蔥圈和撒上芫荽。
Serve the salmon on a bed of sliced cucumber, accompanied by the onion rings, and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
