生酮杏仁麵包以杏仁粉、雞蛋及椰子油拌勻,焗成低碳水長條包,焗好切片即可。
將杏仁粉同發粉篩入攪拌碗。
Sift the almond flour and baking powder together into a mixing bowl.
將雞蛋打入碗入面,加入椰子油,加少少鹽調味。打勻所有材料至充分混合。
Crack the eggs into the bowl, add the coconut oil, and season with a pinch of salt. Whisk all the ingredients together well until they are well combined.
將麵糊倒入鋪有牛油紙嘅長方形焗模。
Carefully pour the made batter into a loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
將焗爐預熱至 190°C(375°F),焗 30 分鐘。
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once hot, bake the bread for 30 minutes.
按喜好切片即可。
After baking, slice the bread as you desire.
