宮保雞丁以醃好雞粒、花生同辣椒爆炒,用宮保醬調味,微酸帶辣,開胃送飯。
將雞柳切件,加入鹽和生粉醃製約15分鐘。
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, add salt and cornstarch and marinate for about 15 minutes.
炒香辣椒後,放入雞粒炒至7成熟。
Stir-fry the chilli until fragrant, then add the chicken pieces and fry until about 70% cooked.
然後倒入宮保雞丁醬料和花生拌勻。
Then pour in the kung pao sauce and peanuts and mix evenly.
