冬瓜荷葉陳皮湯以冬瓜、乾荷葉、茯苓同白扁豆慢煲,湯味清淡,最後落鹽調味。
將材料洗淨。陳皮浸軟後刮去內囊。
Rinse all the ingredients. Soak the dried tangerine peel until soft, then scrape off the inner pith.
冬瓜去籽,連皮切塊。
Deseed the winter melon and cut it into chunks with the skin on.
所有材料加水煲約 1 小時,最後加入適量鹽調味即可。
Add all the ingredients to water and simmer for about 1 hour, then season with salt to taste before serving.
