牛奶燕麥粥以燕麥加全脂奶粉煮成滑稠粥,拌入蜂蜜,再配上水果片享用。
準備食材。
Prepare the ingredients.
凍水大火,凍水時就下燕麥;現時的燕麥多是即食,毋須煮太久。
Add the oats to cold water over high heat. Instant oats nowadays don't need long cooking.
加入奶粉煮成粥狀,拌勻後加少許蜂蜜,水滾即成。(想煮鹹味,可改加鹽及雞蛋)
Add the milk powder and cook into a porridge, stir well, then add a little honey; once it boils it's done. (For a savoury version, use salt and egg instead.)
配上水果片即成。
Serve topped with sliced fruit. Done.
