薯蓉包住片裝芝士,煎至金黃,外脆內裡芝士流心。
薯仔用大火蒸20分鐘至熟透,去皮壓成蓉。
Steam the potatoes over high heat for 20 minutes until cooked through, then peel and mash.
加入牛奶、生粉、鹽、黑胡椒粒混合。
Add the milk, corn starch, salt and cracked black pepper and mix.
以薯蓉包好芝士,煎至金黃色即可。
Wrap the cheese in the mashed potato and pan-fry until golden.
