薯仔、煙肉、蘑菇及莫比耶芝士焗烤將熟薯仔、炒蘑菇同煙肉拌勻,鋪上莫比耶芝士焗香。
首先,將薯仔喺水中煮約 20-25 分鐘至軟熟。去皮後切成薄片或大塊。
Boil the potatoes in water for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender. Once cooked, peel them and then cut them into either slices or large chunks.
喺鑊入面煎熟煙肉粒,備用。
Cook the bacon pieces in a pan until done, then set them aside.
喺鑊入面,用橄欖油炒香洋蔥同蒜頭。
In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic using olive oil.
加入蘑菇炒至軟熟,再加薯仔、刨少少肉豆蔻、加百里香,最後拌入忌廉或乳酪。
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they become tender. Following this, add the potatoes, grate in some nutmeg, add the thyme, and stir in the sour cream or yogurt.
加鹽同黑椒調味,拌勻。
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your desired taste, and stir everything until it's well combined.
將所有材料倒入可焗嘅焗盤,上面鋪上莫比耶芝士或其他如Reblochon嘅芝士。
Transfer the entire mixture into an oven-safe dish. Top it with Morbier cheese, or if you prefer, another cheese like Reblochon.
喺 200°C 嘅焗爐焗約 20 分鐘。
Bake the gratin for about 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
