西葫蘆黑芝麻雞蛋餅將西葫蘆絲拌入雞蛋麵糊,撒上黑芝麻,小火煎至兩面金黃,軟身啱寶寶食。
準備一塊大約100克的西葫蘆。
Take a piece of zucchini (about 100g).
將西葫蘆切成細絲,或者用擦絲器擦成絲。
Cut or grate into thin shreds.
為了方便小寶寶食用,可以再用刀稍微切碎一些,讓西葫蘆絲變得更短小。
Give the shreds a few rough chops with a knife; for younger babies, chop more finely.
在一個容器裏,放入切好的西葫蘆絲、一個土雞蛋、香菇粉、鹽和麪粉。
In a bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, 1 egg, mushroom powder, salt and flour.
然後一點點地加入清水,攪拌至麪糊均勻,沒有面粉顆粒,並且呈現出緩慢流動的狀態。
Add water a little at a time, mixing until smooth and lump-free; the batter should flow slowly.
取一個不粘鍋或電餅鐺,在鍋底刷上薄薄一層油。
Brush a non-stick pan or flat electric griddle with just a tiny amount of oil.
將麪糊倒入鍋中,用鏟子輕輕攤開,使其成為一個圓餅狀。趁麪糊還沒有完全凝固的時候,撒上少許黑芝麻。
Pour the batter in and spread it out with a spatula. While it is still wet, sprinkle a little black sesame.
待麪糊凝固後,再刷上一點點油。
Once the batter has set, brush with a tiny bit of oil.
將餅翻面,並全程保持小火煎制。
Flip the pancake and keep the heat on low throughout.
大約煎一分鐘左右,待兩面都煎至金黃上色即可。整個煎制過程大約需要2到3分鐘。
Cook for about 1 minute until both sides are lightly golden. Total cooking time is about 2–3 minutes.
將煎好的軟餅切成適合寶寶入口的小塊,待其晾至温熱後,就可以給寶寶享用了。
Cut into pieces and let cool to a warm temperature before giving to the child.
