鮪魚蛋餅將蛋餅皮煎香,鋪上滑蛋和鮪魚,煎至兩面金黃酥脆,捲起後剪成適口小塊。
將鍋子燒熱,加入少許油潤鍋,接著放入蛋餅皮。
Heat a pan with a little oil to coat, then place the egg crepe wrapper in the pan.
待蛋餅皮其中一面煎至變色後,將打散的雞蛋液倒入,並用鍋鏟將蛋液鋪平。待蛋液凝固成形後,將整片蛋餅翻面,再在上面鋪上鮪魚。
Once one side has coloured, pour in the beaten egg and press flat with a spatula. Once the egg has set, flip over. Add the tuna on top.
繼續煎至兩面金黃酥脆(恰恰),接著將蛋餅捲起來,最後用剪刀剪成適口大小的塊狀即可。 贴士 用雞蛋為這道料理畫上完美的句點。#全球烹飪
