葱煎餅將葱花、雞蛋、麵粉同水拌成麵糊,下鑊中火慢煎至兩面金黃稍脆,最是好食。
準備好新鮮嘅蔬菜。

葱切成細葱花。
Chop the scallions finely.
麵粉、水、蛋、鹽同葱拌成麵糊。平底鑊燒熱落油,倒入一半麵糊,中火慢煎,見麵糊慢慢凝固,約煎4-5分鐘至金黃色再反轉。
Mix the flour, water, egg, salt and scallions into a batter. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in half the batter, and fry over medium heat. As the batter sets, fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden, then flip.
兩面煎到金黃稍脆,最是好食。
It tastes best when both sides are fried golden and slightly crisp.
