芝士肉醬焗薯蓉以牛油牛奶薯蓉做底,鋪上免治豬肉番茄醬,面層焗融芝士,香濃軟滑。
將薯仔、番茄、蒜頭切件,薯仔放入滾水中煮至完全熟透。
Cut the potatoes, tomatoes and garlic into pieces, then boil the potatoes in water until fully cooked through.
薯仔壓成泥狀備用(*可加入牛奶同牛油令薯蓉口感更軟滑)。
Mash the potatoes and set aside (you can add milk and butter to make the mash silkier).
炒香豬肉同蒜頭,加入番茄同茄汁慢煮成番茄蓉,收水後混合一半薯蓉(*有需要可去除番茄皮)。
Stir-fry the pork and garlic until fragrant, add the tomatoes and ketchup and simmer into a tomato paste, then mix half of it with half the mash once the liquid has reduced (peel the tomatoes if needed).
先放入經典薯蓉,然後放上肉醬薯蓉,面層舖上芝士,放入 200 度焗爐烤焗約 15 分鐘即成(*可將剩餘肉醬放喺薯蓉上口感更佳)。
Spread the plain mash first, then the meat-sauce mash on top, cover with cheese, and bake at 200C for about 15 minutes (top with any leftover meat sauce for better texture).
