科頓布魯將熟雞胸與車打芝士夾於白方包中,沾蛋液及日式麵包糠煎至金黃酥脆,配沙律享用。
取白方包片,將熟雞胸肉片放喺一片麵包上,再放上車打芝士片,蓋上另一片麵包。用手指或叉子將邊緣壓緊封實。
Take the slices of white sandwich bread. Place sliced cooked chicken breast on one slice, then add a slice of cheddar cheese, and cover with the other slice of bread. Press the edges together firmly with your fingers or a fork to seal.
將三文治浸入打散嘅雞蛋,然後裹上日式麵包糠。每面煎約3分鐘至金黃色。
Dip the sandwich in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
配沙律上碟,享用!
Serve with a salad. Enjoy!
