雞肉沙瓦馬薯條將香料醃雞鋪在脆薯條上,配青瓜、椰菜及芝麻蛋黃醬,惹味豐富。
用紅椒粉、孜然粉、芫荽粉、肉桂粉、荳蔻粉、胡椒粉、蒜粉或蒜蓉、檸檬汁和鹽醃雞肉,靜置20分鐘。
Marinate the chicken. Combine the chicken with paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, pepper powder, garlic powder or paste, lemon juice, and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Cook the chicken in the skillet until it's fully cooked through and nicely charred on the outside.

Prepare the fries by either frying or baking them according to package directions, then set them aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili powder, minced garlic, tahini, milk, and salt. Stir everything together until it's evenly blended, then set this sauce aside.

To assemble, place a layer of fries on a plate.
加上青瓜、洋蔥、椰菜和雞肉,再淋上辣椒醬和蛋黃醬。
Top the fries with the chopped cucumber, onion, shredded cabbage, sliced chicken, hot sauce, and the made mayo sauce.
立即上桌享用。
Serve immediately.
