Cordon Bleu薄餅卷以薄餅皮包住茄醬、瑞士芝士同雞肉條,氣炸至外脆內香,快手又飽肚。
喺薄餅皮邊緣撒上瑞士芝士絲。折疊後用牙籤固定。喺中間塗上茄醬。
Take your large flour tortilla. Sprinkle some shredded Swiss cheese around its edge. Carefully fold this edge over and secure it with a toothpick. Spread the 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (from a tube or tomato puree) evenly in the center of the tortilla.
將 Cordon Bleu 切成條狀,放喺茄醬上面。再加少許瑞士芝士絲,然後撒上巴馬臣芝士粉,用鹽同黑椒調味。
Now, slice the chicken cordon bleu into strips. Arrange these strips on top of the tomato sauce. Add a little more shredded Swiss cheese, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
將卷放入氣炸鍋以 190°C 氣炸,或喺鑊中加熱 5 至 10 分鐘。
You have two cooking options: either place the wrap in an air fryer preheated to 375°F (190°C), or heat it in a skillet. Cook using either method for 5 to 10 minutes.
煮好後,用少許番茜裝飾。
Once the wrap is cooked, you can optionally garnish it with a little fresh parsley.
