即溶酵母佛卡夏將橄欖油麵糰鋪平焗製,面層淋橄欖油、灑粗鹽同迷迭香,鬆軟惹味。
將中筋麵粉、砂糖、橄欖油同即溶酵母放入碗或廚師機中混合。開始攪拌,同時慢慢加入一半嘅水。
In a bowl or stand mixer, combine the flour, sugar, olive oil, and instant yeast. Begin mixing, gradually incorporating half of the water.
加入鹽同餘下嘅水,繼續攪拌。麵糰會非常黏。將麵糰轉移到烤盤上,用手指鋪成長方形,雙手塗抹油脂以方便操作。
Add the salt and the rest of the water, and continue stirring. The dough will be quite sticky. Transfer this sticky dough to a baking sheet and, using oil-greased hands to prevent sticking, spread it out into a rectangular shape.
慷慨地淋上橄欖油,灑上少許粗鹽,加上幾片迷迭香葉。以350°F(180°C)焗20至25分鐘。從焗爐取出即可上桌!
Generously drizzle the dough with olive oil, then sprinkle with some coarse salt and a few rosemary leaves. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes. Once baked, remove it from the oven and serve immediately!
